The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to lead and support our building projects team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, resources, and communication all stay on track.
The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of hands-on experience in project coordination, along with strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between project teams, contractors, vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and coordination of projects in a fast-paced environment
- Develop, monitor, and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact timelines, quality, or deliverables.
- Prepare and present regular progress updates and status reports to management and stakeholders.
- Draft and manage project schedules to ensure milestones and final delivery deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to compile and submit bid documentation accurately and on time.
- Support senior engineers by assisting with scheduling, task prioritization, and resource allocation.
- Report directly to the Managing Principal, providing support in tracking key performance indicators (e.g., budgeting, manpower utilization, scheduling efficiency).
What You Bring:
- A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience project coordination role for buildings, construction, or infrastructure projects.
- Solid understanding of design & construction processes, and project management best practices.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and the Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, advanced MS Excel knowledge is an asset
- Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Post-secondary education in business or project management is required; a bachelor’s degree in business management or engineering field is preferred.
